For surveyors
Spend the day surveying,
not typing.
A guided, offline-ready inspection on deck, the governing standard on every card, and a drafted report you edit and sign. Your name and branding on every export; ours on none.
How it works
From the invitation to the invoice.
The same six steps every survey runs through — no re-typing between them.
Get an invitation
Accounts are issued by hand while we are new — there is no public sign-up. Add your professional body and membership number, PI insurance and signature, and they appear on every report you produce.
Start a survey
Pick the vessel from the database, or a generic template if it is not listed. Set the survey type, keel and hull, and the component checklist is built for you.
Inspect, on or offline
Work through each system with notes, photos, voice and traffic-light findings. It saves as you go and syncs when you reconnect — no signal needed in the bilge.
Compile the report
Findings, narrative, valuation and graded recommendations come together into a draft. You read it, edit it and sign it — nothing is a finding until you make it one.
Send it to the client
A secure link they open without an account. They read the report and sign it off, and you can see when it was opened. Withdraw the link at any point.
Invoice
Raise an auto-numbered invoice from the report, email it, and track it to paid — with overdue reminders handled for you.
What you get
The whole job, in one tool.
Everything here is included. There is nothing held back behind a plan — we are not selling plans yet.
Survey anywhere, on any deck
Fully offline in the yard or the marina, built for an iPad with gloves on. Checklists built for the vessel in front of you, traffic-light findings, photos filed against the checklist point they belong to, and voice notes when your hands are full.
The standard is on the card
What is binding on the vessel now, what applied when it was built, and what a surveyor measures against — cited per item and filtered to the jurisdiction of the survey, so a US-only reference does not appear on a UK survey.
The write-up starts written
A pass note drafts itself from the check you just made, citing the standards it met, and the report compiles from your findings. It is a draft in your hands, not a report in your name — you edit it and you sign it.
Built to the codes of practice
IIMS Code of Practice survey types with scope, limitations and an independence declaration. Issue-and-lock with a six-year retention record, terms of engagement, damage and P&I tools, and client e-signature with an audit trail.
Model-specific background
Construction notes and known defects for the model you are standing on, plus a pre-survey brief. These are AI-drafted from published and community sources and labelled as such on every screen — useful for deciding what to look at, not a source to cite.
A valuation that comes out of the survey
Fourteen system groups, weighted by how much each actually moves resale — the rig on a sailboat, the engines on a powerboat. Then a live search of current brokerage listings for the same model, adjusted for year and length and discounted toward sold. Age depreciation with a floor by hull material, outstanding work deducted, and the figure stays a draft until you adopt it.
Run the whole practice
Auto-numbered VAT-ready invoicing, income and expenses, a jobs pipeline from enquiry to paid, CRM contacts, CPD records and a photo library. The business side, built in.

It is not finished. That is rather the point.
We are looking for a small number of practising surveyors to take it on real jobs and tell us what it gets wrong. No charge during the invitation period.
